Sorry on re reading it I realise in my haste I left some words out - hope this makes better sense.

Perhaps too, I do not like seeing people feel guilty about protecting their child, or for asking simple questions here, wondering if the symptoms of their child could be due to CAH, look how many are, helpful.  Education is the key in good treatment in this disorder, we can only learn when we ask questions, and this type of thread in my opinion may put people off asking something that could be prevented.
