i have a 1.2 yr old son with swcah.i don’t have full technical knowledge about the fertililty issue but i am 100 % sure that the reason of ur husband’s low sperm count being ’0’  is his irregularity with his meds.taking his correct dosage tightroped by a good endo will increase his fertility.encourage him to take his med on time.

i know men are more prone to get irritated then women as women are more patient and calm which is why ur husband gets irregular with his dosage.

i have been in contant touch with swcah men who have not one but 2/3 kids,but it is very important for a man to have his meds to remain fertile.
