We are where you were with your son. My daughter has SWCAH. Her OHP just came back sky high, 14 thousand something. So did her androgens and renin came up high. She is turning ten this summer. I wonder if it is that prepuberty change that is causing the OHP to rise. She has an appointment with her endo. next week and he said we need a change in her treatment. I may ask him about using the pred. also with her Cortef. Did the levels stay under control for those years you used that pred. in addition to the Cortef? When did your endo. decide it was safe to switch back to just Cortef? Was his OHP too low then or did she just decide it was time. thanks!
