Hello, my son was diagnosed with CAH at  fourteen days of age and at the hospital the nurses thought me to give him his med’s on his milk (formula or breast milk) mixed them together and with one once of milk give it to him.  It works.  Now he is two years old and still he will not swallow it on his own but we mix it with a little bit of apple juice, put in on a syringe and we give it to him! and it works just great!
