hi, can somebody plz help me with understanding that the usual quarterly test in cah that we have like cortisol,17 ohp,electrolytes and acth,which test is meant in deciding what medicine the defficient has to increase or decrease.what test decides that how florinef is required and by which we valuate how mucg hydrocort has to be taken.

it will be very helpful for me since my sons’s recent tests show that he has been oversupressed.his acth,cortisol was low and 17 ohp was normal on the lower side.
