Hi Laura, hope your daughter is starting to feel better. I don’t have much experience with strep, either, but with other infections, like sinus, it does seem to take about 2 days to start feeling better, so I’d say your guess is right. I don’t know about the cough and sounding nasal; could the infection be in her sinuses, too?
