I took my usual dose of .5 mgs of Dex throughout my pregnancy. I nursed while on Dexamethasone too. My daughter is 19 now and always was very healthy. The only thing that I noticed was she had a rash in the folds of her neck as a baby that took heaven and earth to get healed - may have been the steroids I was on that made it hard for her to heal - I don’t know. Funny thing though is that a steroid creme was what finally healed it. It took several months.
