Hi Donna,  To be honest I think it is a bit daft of your doctor to lower your medication during your pregnancy as you were hardly on a high dose of cortef anyway.  It is now impossible to know if it is the lower dose that is making you feel so bad or just the pregnancy, as this alone can make some women feel rough.  I hope this doc is keeping a close eye on you and getting your levels checked at regular intervals?  If not, then he should be as results should show if your CAH is well controlled on the lower dose, at this important time!
