EricB  Have you ever had tests to see exactly how much cortisol you absorb from your high dose? I know of someone else who had to take such a high dose and it was because they did not absorb the hydrocortisone properly. Have they ever tested your 17 OHP and cortisol simultaneously? Have you had a DXA scan to check your bone density and if so how often? Good to know you have had children. Thanks for sharing.
