I was going to suggest contacting her Endo and getting something done through him/her, but it looks like you have already done that.   The Endo definately should be getting things moving along quicker and finding out what the problem is because even if it’s not CAH related, the high temperatures and other side affects from the stomach problems will definately affect the CAH and could cause an adrenal crisis.  Good luck at the hospital and hopefully they will find the problem sooner rather than later.
