A couple of things come to mind. IF they did not do 17-ohp and androgen testing those cortisol results could be equally diagnostic of Addisons Disease.

However IF (also taking other symptoms into account) it is CAH then I think the cortisol response was too poor for it to be  late onset CAH (NCCAH) person. Those levels are more indicative of a Classical Simple Viriliser (SVCAH) or perhaps even a borderline Salt Waster (SWCAH).

One thing those results do show is that he is quite adrenally insufficient and definitely needs corticosteroid replacement.
