When I chose to get pregnant with my second child (my first has SWCAH), I was insured under United Healthcare and they had no problem insuring me and helping pay for the costs of the genetic testing for me, my husband, and my first son.  They also helped with the costs of the CVS and dex treatment.  Hope this info helps.
