Basically it would make replacing cortisol as a normal person would make it but it is not proven in humans yet but looks good from what I have read. Joanne can you honestly say you have never ever had any side effects from the medication you take for CAH? You are incredibly lucky. Can I ask you are you married?  Have you had any children yet? Jill
