Hi Joanne,  It sounds as if you are well controlled on a small dose of prednisolone, taken only twice a day in the reverse circadian rhythm (which I know is a method used by some adult specialists here and obviously suits you).  If you have no side effects on the pred,  I doubt it would be worth you trying this new tablet.
