 Its gets down to we can use it aimee, not other countries...  I would never use the slang for whatever nation your from, by the way your Brit Pub is an american site. The Brit Awards, the term is used by us :-)   as in Cool  Britannia.

Now back to the real point. Im just as interested in this drug as anyone else with CAH....These drugs have been promised for years and years and never  shown up, back to the steroids it was....  once there was implants of drugs they talked about here in the UK in the early 80’s, but guess what they never appeared either.

I hope they do manage to get better medications  for all the people who are unfortunate enough  to have any problems with this condition and the steroids they take.
