I do understand about the pred and how it feels as I was on the cortisone for 33 years. 

I could of just as well said hats off to the Aussies as it was a guess as to where you came from.

I noticed that in the original post that you were upset in how the other people asked you questions about it.

 I do get you and think how interesting that a hats off to Brits that even had this in the news would be compared to irish bomb throwers. That is quite a jump but you have every right to your feelings. Maybe you aren’t a custom to talking with people from different countries or never really had a compliment on something again i do understand and know how it feels to be on the pred. 

My grand mother was English and the other one was Scotishs - yep would say Scots as well. I’ve hung out with people from the British Navy and had the most fun.   Names don’t bother me and to the Chav was fun in a gallow way and says more about who wrote it in that they a scared of class structure.  Here are more sites http://www.britsonline.com/ and http://www.thebrits.com/ 

The word Canuck would get your hair up as well if you were from Canada along with Quebecers or Krout if you were German. I was surprised and taken back when you were swearing im the first post when the people from your country were asking questions about when the info was brodcast and you then went something like what do you think I’m B-S- you. You went on about the word Paki and really to me a cute nick name from someone from that country. Everyone is different and has rights to their feelings. I hope you some how find peace that the context of this matter and to do a far reach from someone posting that you were happy that it was posted to bringing up Bombings shows that things are troubled for you (my guess) and I will refrain from ever posting to your threads. If the worse thing that happens to you is that someone calls you a Brit and just that then your life really is blessed.
