Erin this is a shot in the dark but I wonder if high blood pressure at this age could be due to the fact that your daughter gets anxious when having it taken? Are the readings all the same, have they considered a 24 hour monitor to check? Wishful thinking I suppose that it could be as simple as that.  Please keep us posted.
