I have an almost six-month old SWCAH daughter...and she’s doing great! How scary for you with the hospital visit after your daughter was born. Our daughter is mildly virilized also, but she was swollen enough at birth that the birth staff knew something was wrong, even before the newborn screening. But now that she’s almost six months old, she’s really grown into everything and looks great. She does have to have surgery, however, to separate her vaginal and urinary openings. Other than that, though...no problems...she hasn’t even been sick yet (knock on wood!) so that’s been a real blessing.
