Congrats on your baby!! My SW "baby" girl will be 10 this summer, and is doing great! Other than struggling with some extra weight periodically, while trying to get her med levels adjusted, she is a very happy, healthy and normal little girl. There are lots of moms here that have daughters that are older than mine, and several grown women with CAH - some with children of their own! So to answer your implied question: yes! your daughter has the opportunity for a wonderful, long and "healthy" life ahead!
