I was born 51yrs ago with SWCAH  I have generally been quite healthy. I always took my meds as directed.  At times I was oversurpressed but so much more is known about CAH now.  If I’am sick and running a temp. I will increase my prednisone.   I have always been on the same amount of Florinef .1mg   today I take 3.5mg of prednisone daily   I see my endo every 6months.
