re: Adults out there with SWCAH?

I’m 33 and was VERY active as a kid. I’m 5 feet now and was always the shortest kid, but never felt I was at a disadvantage. I played soccer from age 5 all the way into college. As I got older I just made sure that I had my injectable in the trainer’s box and if it was an especially tough game I would boost and eat some salt.

You can’t hover. The best thing my parents did was not allow me to be afraid of what "could" happen. They were supportive and already had a plan if something needed to be done.

BTW as an adult I scuba dive and run; being active is not an issue for me.
