Maybe your fire dept/paramedics/ Emt might carry on the trucks solu-cortef, solu-medrol or something comparable. Each county is different in resources and needs.

Where I live - we have awesome paramedics that use solu-medrol for respiratory patients and that drug help CAH as well.

 

Diaper bag sounds good and are the medics taught to look for it there? what about her ankle?
