I have an 11 month old daughter with SWCAH and a six year old son with it.  I also had the feelings you are about should we have another child after my son’s diagnoseis.  By the time he was a year old, I had no doubts that I wanted another one.  I took dex. the entire 9monthes, and I will have to admit it was rough, but it did prevent my daugther from being virilized.  I will tell you they are totally normal children except we probably visit the doc. more than most children.  Your life will get easier and everything will just be second nature.  Congrats on your new little one!
