confusedHi jwood,
You spent months and months deciding to do this to your child and is the only thing that you ever posted on about CAH.
Now that surgical reduction was done to your child, it’s now the concern about her privacy?
Her body was surgical altered to fit whatever defines normal specification and now you you don’t want this surgeon who has devoted his life to helping us to follow up with the surgical area that he created.
He isn’t doing the follow up because "he likes to " but rather like any surgeon that works on anybody area is watching for comlications that might arise and no it isn’t for just things that you might notice but for things like adhesions and other things he was trained to watch for.
Like the sugery, it was your decesion and your child. The same goes for follow up care and if you with the untrained eye doesn’t want follow up care or any of the rest of you then it is your choice again about your child but don’t blame the surgeon because you didn’t let him finnish up his job.
What if it is something like the reconstruction not growing with the child but you the untrained eye doesn’t notice this. You had this done to your kid but now want to chance no follow up care? Egads and sweep it under the rug.
