Cody has SWCAH and  is 10 yrs old. He has been wearing his medical ID since 1 mth old.

The ankle bracelet,  also the  shoetags work great and the soft sportsband is a good one when they are young. The red alert band  is real soft, you write the info on a card & put it in the secret pocket and its waterproof!

My 1 suggestion is to get to know the Fire Dept. in your area and the local EMT’s.

I took Cody with CAH literature along with a letter from his Endo to the local Fire Dept. and the EMT’s.  This was very helpful.  THey are aware of where we live and his condition. I actually had to call them once. I had only 1 syringe and solu-cortef kit. I broke the needle trying to prepare to give him a shot. I was frantic. I called the Fire Dept. they came out brought syringes and helped in assiting the shot.

THey are wonderful. We get a little card every now & then wanting to make sure we are all ok!! Also I have lamanted the letter from the endo and keep it in the car at all times.

No one carrys the solu-cortef in  my area.
