Hi Karen : We had complete reconstructive surgery done for our daughter when she was 3 yrs old,  this included a vaginoplasty, clitoroplasy & labioplasty. This was not something we took lightly and we thoroughly investigated Drs., & current procedures. We carefully considered all the options. We spent a lot of time &  thought carefully choosing where & when she would have the surgery. We truly believe it was in her best interest to have complete reconstructive surgery done while she was still young enough to not be traumatized.
