Liz, I read with great interest you’re reply to Sheala. I have a daughter with CAH and her doctor just recently put her on dexamethasone.She was on cortef since she was a baby.When she was a teenager and on cortef {the dose was too high} she was very overweight. She’s now 34 and she had her weight under control. Since she’s been on the dexemethasone she is gaing weight, feeling tired, and very thirsty. She’s only been on the medicine for a week and I’m very worried about her.Could you give me some advice?Are you still on the dexamethasone?
