Question? Adrenal Insuffienct and Adrenal Defienct? What’s the difference?

I’ve been reading post where most people have said they were adrenal insfuffienct. Although I have not ben to an endo, yet, my doctor has said that i was adrenal defiecent. What’s the difference between the two?
