Whenever my kids complained that their legs hurt (from growing), I put them to bed with a pillow under their knees. I don’t know if it helped them or not, may just knowing the pillow was their kept them from waking me up during the night. :)

Congrats. My daughter grew about 5 inches in the first year on growth hormone and about 3 inches the second year. Maybe only another inch or so the 3rd year, and then we stopped because she had no growth for over 6 months . Her final height is 5’8" and she stopped when she was 12, got her period at 13. She is now almost 15 and has not grown at all since stopping the GH.
