I have gotten one of those rings on my hand one time when I was due to take my state exam for my job. I also get Rosacea every once in a while on my chin, now I either have rosacea on my eyelids or it’s dermatitis I don’t know yet. Just trying out different meds. Looks better with the rosacea med though.

 I am sensitive to smells and chemicals like cleaning products too.
