What I do with my 6 month old SWCAH dd is dissolve her tablets in a 1ml oral syringe (pull out the plunger, put the cut-up tablets inside, put the plunger back in and suck in enough water to dissolve them). Then, when it’s time to eat, I hold the bottle with my left hand, and with my right hand, insert the plunger into the corner of her mouth and plunge slowly while she’s drinking. There’s always a little pill residue left in the syringe, so I have an egg cup with a tiny bit of milk in it that I suck back into the syringe, mix a little, and give to her the same way. Works like a charm!
