bone age x-rays
Apr. 25th, 2007   10:22pm

I was wondering how often everyone’s children get their bone age x-rays done. We recently saw a new doctor for a second opinion and he recommended doing a bone age check every 3 months. He said the combination of more frequent bone age x-rays along with their labs and a physical exam would give a better picture of what’s going on with their bodies. Their current doctor only checks their bone age once a year or so. I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

Thanks!
