Hi,

our endo does the x ray once every 6 months.  I realize only a small area is x rayed (the wrist).  but I would worry about excessive exposure to radiation, getting it done every 3 months.  However, maybe your doctor feels the benefit outweighs the risk.  x rays have come a long way.  Hope you get some more responses.
