If this guy his medication then CAH is not as you stated "an illness so severe that I marry him on day and the next day he is dead." 

This is a treatable condition with a long life span if you take the cortisone to make up for what you aren’t born with.

So just trying to get this straight in that you want him to father your child but don’t want to marry him because he has CAH?

I have a questions for you here.

Number one- is that he can’t father your kid if he isn’t taking his medication 

Number two- is that CAH really isn’t that rare and you might be a carrier and thus have a baby with CAH or any other condition.

Number three- have you gotten medical care? maybe it would be hard for you to concieve.

You just want a kid and he looks like a donor isn’t bad but I hope you have a financial plan.
