I have some reference ranges for 24 hour urine tests but they are in mmol/24hour not nmol/L, yet the ranges seem to encompass the values you mentioned for your daughter - so I’m not too sure.
For 24 hour urinary -
Sodium: 130 - 260 mmol/24h
Potassium: 25 - 100 mmol/24h
Another reference guide I have says, -
Sodium: 40 - 220 mmol/24h
Potassium: 25 - 125 mmol/24h
There is a comment which says "for some procedures the reference values may vary depending on the method used."
Also there does not seem to be a differentiation between ages and sexes for these two parameters.
