I just wanted to let you know my son just turned 10 in March and he has started growing pubic, underarm, and facial hair.  The ped said this was perfectly normal and he is right on track.  My son does not have CAH but my daughter does.  I suspect he is probably a carrier due to some symptoms. 

 

Anyway I hope this helps.  It sounds like he is developing normally.
