For me, at first I thought it was my CAH... though here were my symptoms: hair loss, constipated, depressed, cold, felt like an electrical current was going through my arms and hands, tired, didn’t sit up straight -I was hunched over all the time - eventually things got really bad and I couldn’t go to work... my aunt had to come stay with me and my daughter for 8 days until I was diagnosed. I am hypothyroid.

The great thing about hypothyroid (for me anyway) is that the Levoxyl I take (generic Synthroid) has literally NO side effects. I take it first thing in the morning - 1/2 hour before eating and I’m good to go. Never have any problems - if steroids were the same - I’d be one happy woman.
