We just got back from Disneyworld and had no problems, no questions asked with regard to the solu-cortef and syringes.  I had spoke with a rep from JetBlue (who was by coincidence was a diabetic) who informed me that she never had a problem flying with all her meds and didn’t expect that I would either.  I was prepared with the MD’s letter of necessity and had all meds in a clear bag just in case.
