I have traveled to Europe with my son when he was under a year. I made sure to have a doctors letter and prescription with me for the solucortef and syringes.  We didn’t have a problem but that last thing I would want is to choose between leaving/packing the solucortef or getting on a plane for 10+  hours without it. Better safe than sorry.

I also did some checking to see the name of the pediatric endo who deals with CAH at my destination (which was a major city). Reassurance that if I ended up in a foreign ER I’d know who to tell them to call about this condition. (Besides our endo’s cell phone in California).

Bon voyage
