Hi ’m’,

Just a brief response as I’m rushing out the door. Keeping in mind that you are on a couple of medications which may alter the outcome of the tests but taken at face value the:

Plasma Renin looks good - sits nicely in range.

17-ohp is low. In CAH 17-ohprogesterone is very high. Levels above 1,100ng/dL (or 30nmol/L) are considered diagnostic of CAH.

Cortisol level looks normal, assuming that the units of measurement are ug/dL Your baseline level and post ACTH responses are very good.

As for the enlarged adrenal gland on your torso scan I have no suggestions.
