My skinny one had a pot belly so his pants stayed on but otherwise he was very scrawny. He also got his tonsils and adnoids removed at about 3 years old, he was always really stuffy, maybe that helped him get an appetite? He is about 50% for weight now. His older brother also SW CAH is probably skinnier than him now, he is 25% for weight.
