There is a prescription product called Vaniqua (sp?) that is supposed to help. It is topical.
I have done the lase hair removal myself, and yes it was expensive, but it works and has made a real difference. I highly recommend the procedure. If there is any way you could afford it, it really is like a miracle. Maybe if you go to a dermatologist first you could get it covered by insurance since there is an underlying medical condition.
