What a horrible situation! I would defintely talk to some attorneys - you should be able to get initial consultations for free and find someone who will take it on a contingency basis. IIt seems like you should be able to countersue him for sexual harassment and also sue him (or company) for wrongful termination, especially if your wife told anyone else about her boss’ interest when it happened.
