to sue the company, will not give you money for many years.  my step daugther sued her company for worryful termanation, that was 4 yrs ago and they are still fighting it.  i am not saying not to sue, my daugther should get a few $100,000 from the law sue.

for right now, you could apply for welfare and food stamps.  i know how it feels to ask the the goverment for help.  i had to ask for help.  when i was waiting to get ssd, i used up my life savings.  i had no money left, i was eating nothing but top ramen.  i had a friend that said i could get food stamps, i didn’t want to ask for help, i had work from 10 years old and up and never ask anyone for help.  my friend pointed out to me, how many years i worked, and in all those years i payed taxes.  she said think of walfare as ins you paid into for the past 35 years, you are just cashing in your ins.  i know why god gave me my hard ship.  i use to look at homeless people as lazy people that didn’t want to work.  if my sister didn’t take me in and give me a place to live, i would had been homeless.  my pride was out of control.  god knock me down a few steps.  so ask for help.
