Hi there. Unfortunatley insurance will not pay for it.  But I know that CARES does help some families to get to the confrence so give them a call and see how that works. I have heard that it is really great to go. I was suposed to go last year but my little one got sick the day before the confrence and I decided to stay home. As far as your last sentance............................. I think they require registration but that is a simple form to fill out. But definently give the folks a call at CARES to see what they have to say.
