I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. Just remember that God knows excatly what happens and hopefully this jerk of a guy will someday get what he deserves. I would pursue an attorney. Maybe you could make payment arrangements with them or you could find one that if you lose then u dont have to pay . I dont know im just trying to give you some options that might be out there. I do wish you and your family the best. I would also hope that they would have something else besides the employees being the ones who make the desicions. I would think that would be discriminatting against your wife due to the fact they might lose their jobs in making a choice. I would also think that if you talked to an attorney that they would say that you have a case based on the fact that they wont tell her who is the wittness and so forth and then having the employees make the choice and them making the wrong one and getting fired themselves. I would contact a lawyer and tell them the whole situation and let them know what is going to happen and ask them if you have a case. I wish you guys luck!!
