I have 2 sons with Salt Wasting CAH 17&19 years old and when they were both 22 months old the same thing happened to them. Unfotunately it happened later on other occasions but they always were unwell although we did not know this until it happened and it was always first thing in the morning.Their doctor then suggested that I keep glucose based injections(sorry I have forgot what they were called) in the house so that I could administer it if they needed it.But on the bright side they have not had one for a long time now
