I was in that same situation two years ago mainly because job was so stressing me out. 1) See or call your endo 2) And this is what did it for me- nothing medical- pretty scary life experience wise (a huge career change, a peeved ex-boyfriend, and shrink later) ... get rid of that stress however /as best as possible. You and your health come first always! 3) As for the meds- I felt pretty much the way you described. Endo "ended" (no pun intended) doing a few things- a) told me my job was going to kill me (had already had quite an adrenal crisis at that point) b) did blood labs frequently and a lot of them c) majorly increased my cortef d) put on the RX pad- take a timeout/ break/ road trip/ vacation.
