I'm probably going to open a can of worms if there's any USA readers here but why do SWCAH children need a salt supplement. I thought the florinef they have should be giving the body what it should be making naturally so why the need for extra salt? Does anyone in Oz land do this? I'm jsut curious as to me it doesn't sound like a healthy practice.
