twin daughter moods and skin problems Oct. 9th, 2002 2:43am
Hi I have looked at this site before but have never posted a message.At this point Iwould like some feed back .My daughter is 11 years with cah ,her twin was tested but was cleared she has percious puberty ,just to make life more interesting.The one with cah has been very......moody lately she has had to dosage changes in the last 6 months ,and her skin has broken out badly with pimples I think Ihave tryed every pimple cream known to man but they do not seem to be helping ,Iwould not like to see her face getting scares .Is there any advice someone could give me on this and what they did .We are going to the Endo next week do you think it is worth asking her if maybe her dose is not quite right .Last week at a sleep over at her friends place when they went to the video shop ,she nearly passed out and felt sick and they had to lay her down on the floor till she felt ok ,her friends mother bought her home and she went straight to bed (with out an arguement) which is very unusual lately , her friends mother was in a bit of a panic ,as she knows she has a condition but Ido not think she fully understands.It worries me that her friends might be worried about her sleeping over ,and how do I get around this ,It has only lately that we have been having these problems in the last 12 months untill then we just took the meds and all was ok .Has any one some words of wisdom for me ,I will speak to the Endo next week yours JULIE
